Hear from Students and Faculty about Exciting New Projects and Initiatives within Engineering
Did you hear about the ApolloBVM emergency ventilation system that has recently received FDA Emergency Use Authorization for use during the COVID-19 pandemic? This product started as a Rice engineering design challenge! Come learn more about Rice engineering students’ solutions to real-world design and data science challenges. Teams from the Oshman Engineering Design Kitchen (OEDK) and Data to Knowledge (D2K) lab will give short pitches explaining the projects they are tackling this year. This is a great opportunity for you to interact with students, ask questions and share your experience and expertise with students. You will also hear about exciting plans to enhance these popular educational experiences.
