Printing in the OEDK

***This is for design team printing ONLY
*** Only design teams will be issued userids and passwords for printing.

 
Instructions:   

You will need to log into a OEDK computer with your NetID and PW given to you by Rice.  Then when it is time to print, you will be prompted again with another login screen.  Please use your design team's printer login information to access the printers. If you have not been issued a userid and password for printing, please see an OEDK staff member.  The HP 5550 (Labeled COLOR Printer) should be used for basic color and b/w prints up to 11x17.  The HP 4000 (Labeled PLOTTER) should be used for large format printing or plotting. 

Keep in mind that each team is given $ 150.00 worth of printing credit.  Printing should ONLY be used for design team efforts.  Print jobs are tracked and will be recorded. Once your printing credit runs out, you will no longer be able to print without permission from your team advisor and/or the OEDK staff.
