DEADLINE to Register Saturday -  April 1, 2023

This showcase and competition will highlight many of the school’s engineering design projects and represent our students’ success. 

Agenda:

12:30-3:30pm - Team check-in and set-up and, all teams MUST be set up by 3:30pm

4:00pm  - Students begin to stand near their projects and get ready for judging, full team should be present if possible

4:30pm  - Competition – judging starts 
6:30pm  - Awards Ceremony

7:00pm  - Showcase closed

VERY IMPORTANT! If your team already has a profile on the OEDK website, please log in before you register for the showcase.  If you do NOT have a profile on the OEDK website, you must first register your team as a “member” BEFORE you register for the showcase. 

NEEDS:

Unless alternate request is made, ALL TEAMS will be provided with a 45" x 45" section to hang a poster ONLY. Options for table space, floor space and power outlets are available IF REQUESTED.

It is VERY important to let us know if you will need a computer and access to certain software, such as LabView!
