3:30pm - Judges reception (judges only)
4:00pm - Students begin to stand near their projects and get ready for judging, full team should be present if possible
4:30pm - Competition – judging starts (closed to public)
6:30pm - Showcase is open to public, teams are expected to man the table with at least 1 - 2 students
7:00pm - Announcement of awards, Leebron speaks
8:30pm - Showcase closed, posters are taken down, demos/prototypes/equipment are packed up

VERY IMPORTANT! If your team already has a profile on the OEDK website, please log in before you register for the showcase. If you do NOT have a profile on the OEDK website, you must first register your team as a “member” BEFORE you register for the showcase.
NEEDS:
Unless alternate request is made, ALL TEAMS will be provided with a 45" x 45" section to hang a poster ONLY. Approximately 30" x 36" of table space (1/2 of a table) and power outlets are available IF REQUESTED. It is VERY important to let us know if you will need a computer and access to certain software, such as LabView!
