FabShops - Molding and Casting

Description: Learn how to mold and cast in order to rapidly duplicate pieces for prototyping or fun. Participants will learn how to make molds using the vacuum molder and using silicone molding material. They will then cast their pieces using a casting material like Easy Flo or using silicone with the vacuum molds. Participants will be able to keep their casted pieces when the FabShop is over.

Preparation and Resources: No prior experience necessary.

Number of Possible Participants: 6
