FabShops - Introduction to 3D Printing
Description:
Learn the basic techniques and technologies used in 3D printing - a popular rapid prototyping technique. In this Intro-level FabShop, students will learn about the history and applicability of 3D printer use, see the 3D printer in action, and have the opportunity to receive a small 3D print of an object they design on their own computer.
Preparation and Resources:
This class requires a laptop and a wireless connection, and a wireless mouse is strongly recommended. No previous experience is necessary.
