Introduction to 3D Modeling
Join us and explore the possibilities of computer aided design (CAD) and learn how it can be used to develop a wide variety of projects. We will be using Solidworks, the industry standard for 3D mechanical design software. This will be an introductory lesson on the basic functions and tools of Solidworks, with a focus on designing for 3D printing. The lesson will include guided instruction on basic functions and time for facilitated experimentation.
No prior knowledge of CAD is needed, but basic computer usage skills is assumed.
Number of Possible Participants: 25 (hard cap due to computers available)
