Design Challenge
Car crashes caused 38,680 deaths in 2020 in the US alone. Autonomous vehicles can dramatically reduce these horrifying statistics, reduce traffic, and make long-distance travel as easy as the push of a button. Our goal is to explore what’s possible in this space by developing a low-cost and low-power vehicle software and hardware platform that is capable of an impressive level of autonomy.
