Equine Mounting Device
Design Challenge
Equine Therapy is a form of horseback riding which provides physical and psychological development for mentally and physically impaired individuals. Some clients that seek Equine Therapy are wheelchair users and require additional assistance in the process of mounting a horse. However, the current solution to mount the horse is arduous and taxing for the assistants and riders. Our task is to create a device that helps impaired users safely and efficiently mount a horse.
